In order to be eligible for this offer you must meet the following requirements:

• A two year hosting contract is required.  The first year will be FREE the second year will be $10 a month plus tax where applicable.
• The hosting plan will be the "value plan" (see details 1). You can choose to upgrade your plan on the second year.
• You have to register your domain with us.  First year will be FREE second year $10 plus tax where applicable.
• You cannot have a pending web design with our company for the same domain.  This offer is valid only for new contracts.
• A template of your choice from Our Templates Gallery has to be used to develop your website.
• Changes allow in the template are only the following:
  • Name of the company
  • Logo
  • Name of links
  • Content of the pages (text)
  • Photos will be selected to match your industry
• No databases, dynamic forms, ASP pages, flash movies, or any other type of animations will be including on this promotion.  If you choose to have any of these elements they will be billed separately.
• Colors may be changed only as per our discretion.
• Text needs to be provided on MS Word or TXT file.
• Only a maximum of two photos per page. More photos will be charge additionally.
• Once site is develop/completed, any additional changes or maintenance will be billed separately.
• A 50% down payment will be required to start the job.  The balance is due on completion.
• Our company will retain the rights to the design but the client will retain the intellectual ownership for the content in their web page.
• In the event that you decided to terminate the hosting service with our company before the second year of the contract ends, you will be liable for the cost of the remnant of the contract.
